Returns and Exchange Policy

We try our hardest to maintain the highest quality standards and take great care in delivering our products. As part of our policy, we do NOT offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition based on the order placed.

However, if the product is damaged/broken on delivery or does not match the one you ordered, please reach out to us using the WhatsApp chat on our website within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery of your order and we can happily replace your order and arrange a reverse pick-up for returns of damaged or incorrect deliveries.

  • Replacement orders will be delivered within 6–7 business days.

Refund Policy

Minute & Co. does not provide refunds or exchanges for accurately delivered items. Damaged or incorrect products can be replaced if reported within 72 hours of delivery with a recorded unboxing video as proof of damage in transit. Contact us via WhatsApp on our site or email at info@minuteandco.com.
